To improve access, our new system with ID.me uses expanded options for identity documents such as driver’s licenses, state ID cards, and passports. They also provide video chat verification for people who can’t pass self-service verification & offer a help desk for users who have trouble – significantly expanding the number of individuals who can use our services!
The entire process is mobile-friendly, so we can support people on a smartphone or a computer with a webcam. ID.me also provides additional multi-factor authentication options.
